(m)art at Southbank

May 26, 2010

Yesterday I attended the opening of Artisan’s new (m)art design store at South Bank, which was officially launched by The Premier and Minister for the Arts, Anna Bligh. This store is a milestone for Queensland design in that it shows support by both state government and South Bank Corporation investing in design excellence in Queensland by providing a showcase in the prime South Bank cultural precinct.

The store is located on Grey Street at South Bank, directly opposite the Mantra Hotel. The beautiful design of the fit out was done by Paul Morris of JOIN with sponsorship from Euroluce, Viridien, Sassafras Joinery, Formzoo and Planex.

When in Brisbane, drop in and see the delectable range of hand-made jewellery, ceramics, textiles, paper products… the list goes on!

For more details, contact Artisan or visit their also newly launched online store!
