Powerhouse Museum International Lace Award – Entry

July 20, 2010

With 700 entries from 33 countries in the Powerhouse Museum’s International Lace Award, the five judges had to make some very difficult choices in selecting the finalists.

An exhibition of finalist works will be at the Powerhouse Museum, Sydney from July 2011, and confirmed finalists will be announced in the coming months.

Even though applications were of an extremely high standard, my entry titled Cocoon, didn’t make it to the next stage of the competition. However, I wanted to share with you my submission…

I’m really keen to see who and which projects get across the line… To stay tuned, visit the Powerhouse Museum’s website and subscribe for updates
